For your convenience, there is a UPS Prepaid Return Label on the opposite side of the return pack slip. If you choose to use this UPS Prepaid Return Label, you will be charged an $8.00 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fee subject to change. Give the package to your UPS carrier or drop it off at any store that accepts UPS parcels. Please note: You may also ship your return using your preferred carrier.
